- Perform a variety of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art
- Provide personalised consultations to understand clients’ preferences and recommend suitable treatments
- Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Ensure all tools and equipment are sterilised and maintained to the highest standards
- Deliver excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and building rapport with clients
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the nail industry
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise client flow and minimise wait times
- Promote retail products where appropriate to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
Requirements
- recognised qualification as a Nail Technician or equivalent professional certification
- Proven experience in delivering a wide range of nail treatments with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour
- Fluency in English is essential for clear communication with clients and colleagues
- Organised with good time management skills to handle appointments efficiently
- Knowledge of health and safety standards related to beauty treatments
