Accountant (Bilingual in Chinese and English)

Job description:
We are a multi-national conglomerate with branches located in Canada and China. We are looking for candidates with talents for the Irvine, California branch due to the company's global expansion.
Requirements: 岗位要求

• Bachelor's degree and above in accounting, finance management, or related fields; Attended university in the US
• Familiar with US accounting standards (GAAP) and local labor laws
• At least 3 years of accounting experience
• Proficient in QuickBooks system and Excel
• Strong business ethics, conducting all activities with honesty and integrity
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Sponsorship available (H1-B)

Primary Job Duties: 岗位职责

• Manage the company’s financial accounts and ledgers
• Handle daily accounting tasks, including accounts receivable and payable
• Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial statements
• Record and classify company transactions, ensuring the accuracy of financial data
• Assist in conducting financial audits
• Monitor the company’s cash flow status
• Follow established accounting procedures and standards
• Provide financial data support to assist business decisions
