We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of ongoing and upcoming projects. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee daily construction activities to ensure work is completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Coordinate and manage site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain productivity and efficient site operations.
• Inspect materials, workmanship, and site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
• Interpret structural, architectural, and MEP drawings and provide technical support and guidance to construction teams.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring construction progress to achieve project milestones.
• Carry out site measurements, leveling, alignment, and setting-out activities using surveying instruments such as total stations and level machines.
• Promote and enforce workplace health and safety practices, including PPE compliance and regular safety briefings.
• Estimate material requirements, monitor material usage, and coordinate timely procurement and delivery of construction materials.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, inspection records, measurement sheets, and other project documentation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, project managers, and subcontractors to resolve technical and operational issues effectively.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar Site Engineer role within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and workplace safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering and construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience using surveying equipment and construction-related software.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
