• Build and maintain dashboards (Power BI / Tableau / Looker)
• Analyse data to identify trends, patterns & opportunities
• Define and track KPIs and business metrics
• Write and optimise SQL queries
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 1–4 years experience in BI / Data Analysis
• Strong skills in SQL, Excel, BI tools
• Experience with data visualisation & reporting
• Basic understanding of ETL / data modelling is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking & communication skills
• English required (German is a plus)
