A Contract Administrator in a fitout and construction company such as TRUE Fitout & Construction is responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the contract. Typical responsibilities include: Preparing and administering contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Reviewing tender documents and assisting with procurement. Preparing subcontract agreements and purchase orders. Managing project budgets, cost reports, and cash flow. Assessing progress claims and processing subcontractor payments. Managing contract variations and extensions of time (EOTs). Negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers. Maintaining project documentation and ensuring contractual compliance. Supporting the Project Manager with financial reporting and project delivery. Skills and qualifications: Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost control. Good negotiation and communication skills. Experience with software such as Procore, Aconex, Jobpac, or Microsoft Excel is often preferred. Pay: $10,000.00 – $12,500.00 per month Benefits:
