- Design and implement high-quality interfaces using React, Next.js, and other modern web technologies
- Engage with customer-facing products to enhance user experience and operational efficiency
- Influence the evolution of data handling, focusing on improving GraphQL facilitated integrations
- Lead frontend practices and mentor fellow engineers to uphold a high standard across the team
- Rapidly iterate based on user feedback, ensuring solutions address real-world challenges effectively
- Ship code swiftly while maintaining a balance between speed and quality in a dynamic environment

The Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of experience in frontend-focused roles, ideally with product-heavy companies
- Background in full-stack development, with particular strength in frontend frameworks like React
- Experience with backend technologies and data schema designs, particularly within GraphQL environments
- Demonstrated success in delivering products that prioritize user engagement and simplicity
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize user data into impactful product features
