Assistant Hospitality Manager

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and takes pride in leading teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high operational standards.This role is ideal for someone ready to step up, grow into senior leadership, and be part of a brand that values quality, culture, and consistency.Key Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations
• Lead, train, and motivate FOH teams to deliver outstanding service
• Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and presentation are consistently maintained
• Assist with staff rostering, labour cost control, and shift planning
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and confidently
• Support onboarding, training, and performance management of staff
• Maintain compliance with WHS, food safety, and company procedures
• Step into Manager-on-Duty shifts as required

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A calm, confident presence during busy services
• Excellent customer-service mindset with attention to detail
• Strong understanding of FOH operations, service flow, and team management
• Ability to lead by example and uphold brand standards at all times
• Availability across evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Desirable (But Not Essential)

• Experience in premium casual or fine dining
• Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and food service
• Experience with POS systems and basic reporting
• Ambition to grow into a Restaurant Manager role
