Lead Veterinary Surgeon – Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire Permanent | Full-time | Visa Sponsorship Available The Vet Office is recruiting on behalf of a well-established small animal practice in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire
, which is seeking a passionate, driven and experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join its friendly and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Lead Vet who wants to influence clinical standards, mentor colleagues and play a key role in shaping the future direction of a growing practice.The PracticeThe practice is well equipped and supported by a wider hospital network, offering access to advanced diagnostics and referral-level facilities. On site, the practice provides:
  • Digital X-ray and dental X-ray
  • In-house blood analysers
  • Ultrasound services

In addition, there is access to a nearby 24-hour hospital
, offering:
  • Multi-parameter monitoring
  • CT scanner
  • Endoscopy and laparoscopy equipment

The practice is also actively working towards ISFM Cat Friendly Clinic accreditation
, reflecting its commitment to high clinical and welfare standards. The Role As Lead Veterinary Surgeon, you will play a central role in:
  • Setting and maintaining high clinical standards
  • Supporting and mentoring the veterinary team
