Logistics Manager

We’re Hiring: Logistics Manager (Germany)We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Logistics Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations in Germany. This role is ideal for a leader who can drive efficiency, cost control, and operational excellence in a dynamic environment.Location: Germany (On-site / Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-time What You’ll Do:

• Lead and oversee end-to-end logistics operations (transportation, warehousing, distribution)
• Optimize supply chain processes to improve service levels, efficiency, and cost performance
• Manage relationships with carriers, suppliers, and 3PL partners
• Define and monitor KPIs; drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with German/EU logistics, customs, and safety regulations
• Lead digital transformation and process automation in logistics
• Build, mentor, and manage high-performing logistics teams

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 5–10+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and operations
• Strong knowledge of ERP, WMS, and TMS systems
• Experience in cost optimization and operational excellence
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English; German is highly preferred

Nice to Have:

• Experience in e-commerce, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors
• Knowledge of international shipping and customs regulations
• Experience managing multi-site or regional logistics operations
