Operating in a high-volume, moving environment, you will be the core link between arriving passengers and our physical vehicle dispatch units to ensure minimal wait times and high client retention. Key ResponsibilitiesFrontline Guest Logistics: Interface with incoming travelers to build, adjust, and finalize vehicle rental agreements across digital systems.Inventory & Asset Balancing: Coordinate daily fleet returns, cross-checking booking logs against current lot volumes to prevent staging delays.Condition Accountability Reporting: Document vehicle safety checks, log unexpected mechanical or body issues, and file rapid accident intake disclosures.Complex Route Escalation: Identify critical system processing faults, multi-vehicle enterprise discrepancies, or logistical backlogs and report them with clear timing notes to shift supervisors.Product Orientation & Sales: Inform clients regarding regional driving rules, toll processes, and coverage options, turning complex road safety policies into straightforward travel protection plans.
