Warehouse Operations Manager

Position SummarySeacorners is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations in Savannah, GA. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on warehouse management experience, and knowledge of cross-border e-commerce fulfillment and drop shipping operations. This role focuses on improving operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and on-time order fulfillment in a fast-paced logistics environment. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, shipping, and fulfillment.
• Manage drop shipping and cross-border e-commerce fulfillment processes.
• Lead warehouse staff to improve productivity, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and optimize warehouse workflows.
• Coordinate shipping schedules and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Analyze operational performance and resolve workflow issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with customer service, transportation, and other departments to support smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or supply chain management required.
• Experience in high-volume warehouse or distribution environments preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with WMS systems and warehouse KPIs.
• Forklift or reach truck experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent Chinese is a must; English proficiency preferred.
