FIFO 8:6 Surveyor

About the RoleJoin a well-established civil contractor delivering large-scale earthworks projects across Regional Western Australia. Known for its strong project pipeline and commitment to quality delivery, this organisation continues to play a key role in major infrastructure developments across the region. We are currently seeking an experienced FIFO Surveyor to work on an 8:6 roster. This role will see you supporting civil earthworks operations on-site, working closely with engineers and site teams to ensure accurate set-out, data integrity, and smooth project delivery in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

• Construction set-out for bulk earthworks and civil works
• Machine control and GPS guidance support
• Conducting as-built surveys and reporting
• Data processing, validation, and documentation
• Collaborating closely with engineers and site teams
• Maintaining and managing survey control networks

 About You

• Proven experience working on civil earthworks projects
• Open to both mid-level and senior surveyors (with leadership responsibilities)
• Comfortable working FIFO on an 8:6 roster
• High attention to detail and strong accuracy in deliverables
• Strong work ethic with a proactive approach to safety and teamwork

 Essentials:

• RePL (Remote Pilot Licence) – required
• Experience using 12d or Civil 3D
• Relevant qualification in Surveying
• Current driver’s licence
