Job OverviewThe role is an integral part of the business. You will be a proactive self-starter with the digital know-how to support business, sales and marketing activity and execution, identifying, analysing & executing new business leads.You will manage existing services to improve customer satisfaction and aid business growth along with creating various types of content.You will be involved in the complete business process of the company and every day will bring you new opportunities. You will be looking beyond the ordinary to help us deliver solutions to variety of clients.You will understand clients demands (working backward mentality) which will help drive more business for IRS and its properties. This will also help contribute to providing world-class services for new and existing clients.The objective is to allow no compromise when it comes to delivering the best service/ providing the best solutions to our clients.We have offices in Central London, Knightsbridge. We encourage remote-first, hybrid work environment.Post the completion of the probation period, based on your performance, you may be offered a promotion to managerial role. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about sales and strategic growth, with a focus on leveraging CRM tools to optimise outreach and engagement. Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business leads through research, networking, and outreach activities.
  • Engaging with Care homes, Nursing homes, Hospitals, NHS, IT clients, Construction, Retail etc to secure new businesses for the company.
  • Researching new markets and identifying potential customers from these areas.
  • Taking clients requirements and developing detailed business plans to meet Client’s requirements
  • Organise and execute assigned business projects on behalf of clients according to client’s requirements
  • Meet with clients when needed and perform an initial assessment to understand client’s situation
  • Collecting information about the client’s business through a variety of methods (interviews, surveys, reading reports etc.)

  • Analyse and interpret data to unearth weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the causes in order to find implementable solutions
  • Present findings and suggestions to clients with ample justification and practical advice

  • Provide guidance for any occurring problems and issues
  • Oversee, create, host audio and video productions to entice new sales accounts to maximise service delivery and increase margin through adding value to the existing services, upselling, cross-selling, etc
  • Liaise with both new and existing clients to review existing services and advise how this could be improved for mutual benefits

  • Ensuring all relevant information is communicated across the business, to the team as well as to the clients
  • Research on competitors to know what they are doing better than IRS Global, discuss, and implement new ideas and opportunities to keep IRS Global above the competition.
  • Manage, maintain & develop existing sales accounts whilst maximising IRS Global services to increase margin
  • Preparing marketing impact and updating reports
  • CRM maintenance
  • Producing marketing emails for prospects and clients
  • Monitoring of brand mentions and potential opportunities across print, social, broadcast and online media.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Utilise CRM software to track interactions, manage pipelines, and analyse sales data effectively.
  • Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to secure new contracts or partnerships.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop strategies that enhance market penetration.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to expand professional networks and promote the organisation’s offerings.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all client interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales or business development roles, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and CRM software tools for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organised with strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • A proactive approach with a passion for achieving targets and driving organisational success. This role is paid, offering valuable experience in business development within a professional setting.
