The Role:You will manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, dealing with a variety of transactions including freehold, leasehold and new build properties.This role would suit an ambitious and organised conveyancer who enjoys building strong client relationships, delivering excellent service and supporting the development of junior colleagues. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters
- Handling sales, purchases, transfers and remortgages
- Advising on freehold, leasehold and new build transactions
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
- Ensuring matters progress efficiently from instruction to completion
- Providing excellent client care throughout the transaction process
- Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team
- Maintaining accurate file management and compliance procedures
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture
What They're Looking For:
- Qualified Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer
- Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in Residential Conveyancing
- Experience managing a full caseload independently
- Strong knowledge of freehold, leasehold, new build and complex residential transactions
- Previous experience supervising or mentoring junior staff
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using digital case management systems and legal technology
- Positive, proactive and team-focused approach
- Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional client service
