Seeking passionate licensed Physical Therapists to provide one-on-one in-home and senior living care to older adults in St. Louis City, MO, and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities include performing evaluations, developing personalized treatment plans, delivering evidence-based therapy to support mobility, independence, and wellness, and documenting care accurately.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place.
Virtual care options may be incorporated for added flexibility.
