TWENTY20 PROPERTY DEVELOPMENTS PTY LTD is an Australian proprietary company that operates in the property development and residential construction sector.An Onsite Project Manager in property development or construction is responsible for supervising day-to-day site operations, coordinating contractors, managing timelines, budgets, safety compliance, and ensuring the project is delivered on schedule and within budget. Typical responsibilities include:Managing construction activities from start to handoverCoordinating subcontractors, engineers, architects, and suppliersMonitoring project budgets and construction schedulesEnsuring WHS/safety compliance onsiteHandling council approvals and inspectionsReporting progress to developers or senior managementManaging quality control and defect resolutionSolving onsite operational issues quickly Common requirements:5+ years construction/project management experienceKnowledge of residential or mixed-use developmentsAbility to manage multiple trades and stakeholdersStrong understanding of Australian building codes and WHS regulationsQualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fieldsPay: From $12,500.00 per monthBenefits:
