Full Time Aged Care Physiotherapists – Garden Suburb NSWJasda Care (J. S. Riley Physiotherapy Pty Ltd) is a leading provider of aged care physiotherapy services. We are seeking a full time Aged Care Physiotherapists to be based in Garden Suburb NSW, with the right attitude and passion for working. We are seeking a full-time Physiotherapists to provide pain & mobility physio services to aged care residents. We require applicants to have at least 5 to 6 years of work experience. Salary $80,000 AUD + Super. Tasks and Responsibilities: · Pain management by exercise, massage & therapies, application of heat & cold and radiation therapies as required.· Treatments to improve joint mobility, reduce paid, blood circulation, muscle.· strengthening, better functionality, and general mobility and functionality· Document the treatment and follow up process.· Conduct a thorough clinical assessment for each resident as per facility requirements.· Develop individually tailored assessment and care plans, selecting and executing appropriate physiotherapy treatment.· Consult with the appropriate staff, carers, medical practitioners and family members in the best interests of the residents.· Review all residents, at a minimum interval of three months or as per individual facility requirements.· Educate, Mentor, Supervise, train Junior colleagues.· Provide strength, prevention & Balance training.
