About the Role:We are seeking a Product Owner to play a critical role in driving product development within an Agile Scrum environment. This individual will be responsible for defining requirements, managing the product backlog, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. The Product Owner will act as the key bridge between stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring that each sprint delivers meaningful value aligned with business goals and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with product strategy and business objectivesGather, analyze, and document requirements through discovery sessions and stakeholder collaborationWrite clear, detailed, and actionable user stories and epics for development teamsPartner closely with engineering, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive product deliveryLead backlog grooming sessions and manage work through the full software development lifecycleUse customer feedback, internal data, and market insights to inform product decisions and prioritizationCommunicate roadmap updates, deliverables, risks, and progress to stakeholders and leadershipSupport product launch activities including demos, training, and cross-functional coordinationParticipate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement effortsTrack key performance indicators and measure product success against business outcomes
Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst within a software environmentStrong experience working in Agile Scrum environmentsHands-on experience writing user stories, epics, and managing product backlogsAbility to translate customer needs and data into clear product requirementsExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and presentation skills
