About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced AI Engineering Lead with strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and Multi-Agent Systems to drive innovative AI solutions.

In this role, you will lead engineering teams, design scalable GenAI applications, and architect next-generation multi-agent AI systems to solve complex business challenges. This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technologies while influencing technical direction and delivery at scale.

Required Skills & Experience

12+ years of software engineering experience building enterprise applications/systems

2+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI / LLMs, especially multi-agent systems

Strong expertise in Python, LangGraph, and SQL (Must Have)

Experience architecting and deploying GenAI solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP

Hands-on experience with AI developer tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar

Experience with AI observability & evaluation tools like LangSmith, Langfuse, or equivalent

Strong Understanding Of

• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Agentic workflows
• Model evaluation & LLM-as-a-Judge
• CI-integrated evaluation pipelines Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business SMEs and stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of GenAI / Multi-Agent AI solutions for enterprise customers

Build and own the technical roadmap aligned with business objectives

Design multi-agent architectures, including supervisor-router patterns and dynamic agent routing

Develop, deploy, and optimize LLM-based applications using Python, LangChain/LangGraph, and SQL

Implement RAG systems, evaluation pipelines, and observability frameworks

Deploy and scale AI applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP with strong CI/CD practices

Mentor engineering teams and drive technical excellence & best practices

Stay updated with advancements in LLMs, Agentic AI, multimodal models, evaluation methods, and reasoning frameworks
