The Role:
As a Senior Speech Pathologist, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based services to children and families, supporting communication, participation, and developmental outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments and delivering tailored intervention programs
- Supporting and mentoring junior clinicians and students
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care
- Building strong relationships with families, educators, and key stakeholders
- Contributing to service development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation, reports, and records
- Promoting best-practice and family-centred approaches to care
About You:
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current Speech Pathology Australia membership
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Speech Pathologist
- Experience working with paediatric clients is highly regarded
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for delivering person-centred, evidence-based services
- Interest in mentoring, leadership, and professional development
Requirements:
- Current Driver's Licence and access to a vehicle
- Working With Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- National Police Check
- First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
