We are currently seeking experienced Automotive Technicians to join our Ford / Lincoln dealership team. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic skills, dealership experience, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Ford and Lincoln vehicles
- Conduct inspections and identify mechanical and electrical issues
- Complete warranty and customer-pay work according to manufacturer standards
- Use OEM diagnostic tools and service information systems
- Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician (Ford / Lincoln experience preferred)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with electrical, engine, and drivability repairs
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ford OEM training or certifications
- Experience with IDS / FDRS diagnostic systems
- Dealership experience
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate: $28 - $50/hour (based on experience)
- Full-time, permanent position
