Automotive Technician - Ford / Lincoln

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking experienced Automotive Technicians to join our Ford / Lincoln dealership team. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic skills, dealership experience, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Ford and Lincoln vehicles
• Conduct inspections and identify mechanical and electrical issues
• Complete warranty and customer-pay work according to manufacturer standards
• Use OEM diagnostic tools and service information systems
• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician (Ford / Lincoln experience preferred)
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with electrical, engine, and drivability repairs
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ford OEM training or certifications
• Experience with IDS / FDRS diagnostic systems
• Dealership experience

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate: $28 - $50/hour (based on experience)
• Full-time, permanent position
