Real Group is a New Zealand mental health and wellbeing organisation that provides community-based recovery, peer support, housing, and social services for people experiencing mental health and addiction challenges.An Accounts Receivable (AR) Process Lead is responsible for overseeing the company's customer invoicing, collections, cash application, and receivables processes while leading a team and improving efficiency. Typical Job Description Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise the Accounts Receivable team.Ensure timely invoicing and accurate revenue recognition.Monitor outstanding debts and manage collections.Review aged debtor reports and reduce overdue accounts.Reconcile customer accounts and cash receipts.Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.Develop and improve AR processes, controls, and automation.Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams.Ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations.Prepare AR performance reports and KPIs for management.Pay: $7,900.00 – $9,200.00 per monthBenefits:
