Job Description

Job Title: Technical Business Analyst ARGO

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) Relocation: Yes from near by states Experience: 10 years (Not less than 10 years)

Duration: 12 Months Interview: Video Visa: H1B, GC, GCEAD, H4EAD, USC Domain: Banking / Financial Services / Retail Banking

Mandatory

• ARGO
• .Net (preferred )
• Core Banking experience (With recent clients)
• Azure

Responsibilities:

• Serve as SME for Money Movement products including ARGO.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, development, and integration teams.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and development strategies.
• Support testing, implementation, and production deployments.
• Conduct gap analysis and process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Business Analyst experience in Banking or Financial Services.
• Strong knowledge of Retail Banking and Digital Payments.
• Hands-on experience with ARGO, A2A Transfers, Bill Pay, RTP, and FedNow.
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence preferred.
