Begin date: 10/1/2026 Full Time: Yes Number of Workers Requested: 25 Job Duties: Saw cut under tile using angle grinders, chip out pool plaster using small to medium-sized electric or air chipping hammers, remove chipped out material using buckets and wheelbarrows. Make ready pool shell by cleaning / power washing surface, unload and dispose of material at dump sites. May perform other job duties pursuant to 47-2061, Construction Laborers. F.a.5a-F.a.6b: 35+ hours/week. 8-hour shifts between 7:00 am and 3:00 pm. Schedule includes 1-hour unpaid lunch break. 5 days per week, Mon-Fri. May work evenings, weekends, holidays, as needed. Schedule (including workdays) may vary. May work more than the guaranteed hours. May work overtime. OT varies and must be pre-approved. F.b.8a: Workers will be paid no less than the wage listed. Employer may pay higher wage rates to workers based on seniority with employer and level of skill. Overtime hours may vary. F.b.8a: Depending on work conditions, the employer may offer workers performing certain tasks during certain periods of the season an opportunity to earn an incentive bonus over and above the guaranteed rate of pay set forth above. If offered, such incentive bonuses will be based on the quantity and quality of work performed and offered to all workers working on the activity(ies) and during the time period(s) when such incentive bonuses are offered. F.c.1: The H-2B Temporary Pool Plaster Chip Out / Demo Crew Members will perform job duties at 3334 Brownie Campbell Road, Houston, TX 77086 and at multiple worksites within the area of intended employment, including the following counties: Harris, Fort Bend, Brazoria, Galveston, Chambers, Liberty, Montgomery, Waller, Austin, Jefferson, Hardin, San Jacinto, Polk, Walker, Grimes, Washington, Lee, Brazos, and Burleson. F.d.1: Employer will provide daily transportation from 3334 Brownie Campbell Road, Houston, TX 77086 to and from worksites. Job Classification: 47-2061.00 - Construction Laborers Experience Required: No Special Requirements: No formal education, training or experience required. On-the-job training will be provided.
