Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedic & Sports Rehab

Location: Hoboken, New Jersey

Employment type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based orthopedic and sports rehabilitation care
• Educate patients on injury prevention, movement optimization, and long-term wellness
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, coaches, and community partners
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using EMR systems
• Build strong patient relationships through personalized care

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure prior to start date
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for orthopedic rehabilitation, movement, and fitness-based recovery
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but strong new graduates are encouraged to apply

Preferred (Not Required)

• Manual therapy background
• Sports rehabilitation experience
• Dry needling certification
• OCS and/or CSCS credentials

Schedule

• Monday-Friday clinic schedule
• Afternoon/evening hours primarily
• Occasional weekend availability may be discussed based on clinic needs

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting compensation around $90,000 annually for full-time candidates
• Compensation may vary based on experience and clinical background
• Performance-based bonuses available
