You'll be the internal anchor managing the SI relationship, coordinating across 15–17 vendors, and driving alignment on integrations, API consolidation, and business process workstreams — all while operating at VP and C-Suite level daily.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary internal liaison managing the Big 4 SI relationship and overall program governance
- Coordinate cross-functional integration and API consolidation across 15–17 internal vendors
- Drive business process alignment across workstreams without owning a specific workstream
- Manage executive stakeholder communication at the VP and C-Suite level
- Oversee ERP consolidation milestones, dependencies, and risk across the full implementation lifecycle
Requirements:
- 10+ years of PMO experience with a strong technical background
- Healthcare payer experience — non-negotiable (Aetna, United, Optum, or equivalent)
- Hands-on experience with full-suite ERP implementations (Oracle and/or Workday preferred)
- Proven track record managing large-scale systems integrators in a complex enterprise environment
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills at VP / C-Suite level
Nice to Have:
- Experience on both Oracle and Workday in a single implementation
- Background navigating multi-vendor environments with competing priorities
- Prior engagement on ERP consolidation or migration projects (not just greenfield)
- Familiarity with API integration patterns in a healthcare or regulated industry context
