Expect hands-on Business As Usual support and projects, from mail/server cut-overs, security improvement, apps deployments, to occasional on-prem server and firewall tweaks. Work is predominately in the office, clients; hybrid WFH days are available once you're fully integrated with the team.What you'll be doing

- Own day-to-day support queues, health checks and minor migrations.
- Assist senior architects on cloud and security projects, learning new tech as you go.
- Harden Microsoft 365 tenants to ISO 27001, Essential Eight maturity
- Translate tech-speak into plain English for owners and CFOs who have outgrown a lone "IT guy" but don't want a faceless mega-corp.
What you need to bring
- At least five years in an MSP or outsourced-IT environment supporting multiple external clients.
- Deep Microsoft 365 skills: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Conditional Access.
- Solid Windows Server / Active Directory knowledge plus basic firewall / VLAN troubleshooting.
- Clear written and spoken English; you'll write client road-maps and brief management and stakeholders.
- Security experience (Defender, MFA strategies, patch compliance) is well regarded.
- Welcome experience in Azure, AWS, Veeam, ITIL, macOS-fleet
- Microsoft / Cisco certs are nice extras.
