Business Development Specialist

We serve families around the world through innovative learning experiences and are continuing to expand our presence in the U.S. market.We’re looking for a business development professional with a strong sales or partnership background who can help grow our presence in the U.S. market. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating new opportunities, and driving results. Candidates with existing local networks, partner relationships, or business channels are especially encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities

• Build and grow partnerships in your assigned region
• Develop relationships with schools, community organizations, and family-facing partners
• Identify new business opportunities and local growth channels
• Represent LingoAce at events, workshops, and community activities
• Manage outreach, pipeline activity, and follow-up
• Track results and share market feedback and growth insights
• Work with internal teams to support local business goals

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in BD, sales, partnerships, or a related role
• Proven ability to build relationships and drive business growth
• Existing client or partner network is a plus
• Bilingual in Chinese and English required
• Strong communication, ownership, and execution skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to travel 10–20% as needed
