Vow Foods is an Australian cultured meat (cellular agriculture) company that produces meat grown from animal cells rather than farmed animals, aiming to create novel, sustainable food products.The Production Associate (Bioprocess) role at Vow Foods is a hands-on manufacturing and cell-culture operations position focused on producing cultivated meat at industrial scale. Main responsibilitiesTypical day-to-day work includes:Operating large-scale bioreactors (up to 20,000L)Running cell culture production processes from thaw → growth → harvestMonitoring process conditions like pH, oxygen transfer, and cell growthTroubleshooting production equipment and biological/process issuesRecording batch data and maintaining production documentationSupporting GMP, HACCP, SOPs, and quality systemsCleaning and maintaining production systemsCollaborating with engineering, R&D, and quality teamsSupporting scale-up of new manufacturing processes Skills and qualifications Degree in:BiochemistryChemical EngineeringBioprocess EngineeringFood ScienceBiotechnology Experience in:fermentationbrewingfood manufacturingpharmaceutical productionbioreactor systemsStrong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitudeAbility to work shifts/weekends when neededComfort with physical, factory-floor workPay: From $6,250.00 per monthBenefits:
