Senior Solutions Engineer — Remote UK | £115,000–£145,000 + Equity

Are you a highly technical engineer who loves working directly with customers? This one's for you.We're hiring a Senior Soutions Engineer for a fast-growing AI-native insurtech platform. You'll own enterprise implementations end to end — writing real production code, building custom features, and acting as the key technical partner for some of the biggest names in insurance.
What you'll be doing:

• Leading complex implementations for enterprise customers
• Writing and debugging production code in Python, JavaScript, and SQL
• Designing technical solutions in partnership with customers and internal teams
• Contributing to system architecture
• Helping scale a rapidly growing UK operation

What we're looking for:

• 6–8+ years in a technical, customer-facing software engineering role
• Strong Python, JavaScript, and SQL
• Experience owning enterprise implementations end to end
• Someone who thrives in a startup environment

• £115,000–£145,000 depending on experience
