If you have a degree in any subject and a desire to work in Childcare, then why not join our graduate programme? At KGems Day Nursery Leytonstone, we will provide you with the valuable training and experience you need in order to develop your skills on the way to a career in childcare and children's education. Through our graduate programme, you will also have the opportunity to achieve a recognised teaching qualification (EYITT) in as little as 12 months, providing you with a fantastic opportunity for progression and career development. About You:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification in any subject.
• A passion for childcare/children's development.
• A friendly and approachable individual, able to build strong relationships with both parents and children to best support and aid their children's development.
• An empathetic, warm character, able to nurture children and support them on their journey to school.

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to meet the emotional, physical, intellectual, and social needs of children
• Create a safe and supportive learning environment for all children
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
• Monitor and record children's progress and development
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the nursery
• Manage activities effectively both indoors and outdoors
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
