Relectrify is an Australian clean energy technology company that develops advanced battery control systems and energy storage solutions designed to extend battery life, improve efficiency, and reduce the cost of renewable energy Key Responsibilities:System Design & Analysis:Design battery energy storage systems (BESS) for utility-scale, commercial, and residential applications.Conduct modeling and simulation for performance, efficiency, and lifetime projections.Perform energy and power flow analysis to optimize usage and storage strategies.Project Development & Management:Lead technical evaluations for BESS projects.Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders during installation and commissioning.Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and industry standards.Technical Expertise & Troubleshooting:Analyze battery performance, degradation, and failure modes.Recommend improvements for thermal management, energy management systems, and grid integration.Support testing, maintenance, and diagnostics of battery systems.Research & Innovation:Keep up-to-date with emerging battery technologies and industry trends.Evaluate new energy storage solutions for efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.Pay: $5,500.00 – $8,500.00 per monthBenefits:
