Epilogue Enterprises is searching for a Full-Time Waiter!Situated in the heart of picturesque Alice Springs (NT), we operate Page 27 Café and Tropic of Capricorn, beloved by locals and tourists alike for breakfast, lunch, dinner, cocktails, and live music. Key Duties and Responsibilities:· Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.· Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations when requested.· Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.· Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.· Pour / make drinks for customers.· Monitor tables to ensure guests have everything they need and address any concerns or special requests.· Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.· Prepare and present bills to guests and process payments accurately.· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.· Follow all health and safety regulations.· Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service.· Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.The successful applicant will:
