• Monitor social media channels daily to respond to comments, messages, and interactions promptly and professionally.
• Analyse performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with marketing, public relations, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in social media management and digital marketing to keep strategies current and innovative.
• Handle public relations activities online by managing reputation and addressing any potential issues proactively.

Skills

• Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to diverse audiences.
