- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including data entry and reconciliation of financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
- Process accounts payable and receivable efficiently and accurately.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and prepare financial reports as required.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with external auditors during audits to provide necessary documentation.
- Maintain organised filing systems for all financial documents.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role within a professional environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, especially accounts payable management.
- Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
