The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and commercially minded Baker / Pastry Chef to lead pastry and bakery production across the B Farm brand.This is a dynamic role requiring a balance of technical expertise, creative development, and operational discipline. You will oversee the execution of refined offerings, produce high-quality baked goods, and contribute to the development of packaged products within the B Farm Gourmet range. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the execution of a refined High Tea offering, maintaining exceptional quality and presentation
  • Produce premium baked goods aligned with brand standards
  • Develop and scale packaged products for the B Farm Gourmet range, ensuring consistency and market readiness
  • Drive continuous innovation through seasonal releases and new product development
  • Manage production planning to meet operational and commercial demands
  • Maintain rigorous standards across quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Oversee ordering, stock control, and cost management
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety and operational standards
  • Collaborate with leadership to align product direction with brand strategy

About You
  • Proven experience in a premium pastry, bakery, or production-focused environment
  • Strong technical expertise across pastry and baking
  • Experience delivering refined offerings such as High Tea or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience in product development, particularly for retail or packaged goods
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple production streams
  • Commercially aware with an understanding of scalability and consistency
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and driven by quality
  • Professional approach aligned with a high-performance environment

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:
