- Oversee the execution of a refined High Tea offering, maintaining exceptional quality and presentation
- Produce premium baked goods aligned with brand standards
- Develop and scale packaged products for the B Farm Gourmet range, ensuring consistency and market readiness
- Drive continuous innovation through seasonal releases and new product development
- Manage production planning to meet operational and commercial demands
- Maintain rigorous standards across quality, consistency, and presentation
- Oversee ordering, stock control, and cost management
- Ensure full compliance with food safety and operational standards
- Collaborate with leadership to align product direction with brand strategy
About You
- Proven experience in a premium pastry, bakery, or production-focused environment
- Strong technical expertise across pastry and baking
- Experience delivering refined offerings such as High Tea or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in product development, particularly for retail or packaged goods
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple production streams
- Commercially aware with an understanding of scalability and consistency
- Creative, detail-oriented, and driven by quality
