We are seeking multiple experienced, results-oriented warehouse management professionals, including Senior Warehouse Managers, Supervisors, and Team Leaders. Positions are located in California, Georgia, or New Jersey. These roles are key members of the international warehouse and logistics team, responsible for overall large-scale warehouse operations, on-site management, process optimization, last-mile operations, and strategic execution, ensuring efficient, safe, and sustainable warehouse operations while supporting global business expansion. Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end operations of large-scale overseas warehouses, including receiving, put-away, picking, labeling, packing, and cycle counting, ensuring efficiency, safety, and cost control.
- Improve overall warehouse performance, including labor productivity, space utilization, and logistics throughput; build a high-performance team through training and performance management.
- Develop and implement warehouse capability strategies, including cost management, manpower optimization, timely receiving and shipping, asset security, and compliance; flexibly adjust warehouse capacity according to business fluctuations.
- Establish and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and position-specific work instructions to ensure operational standardization, replicable processes, and continuous improvement.
- Regularly inspect warehouse equipment, tools, and machinery, and develop maintenance plans to ensure reliable operations.
- Recruit, develop, and motivate warehouse teams, fostering cross-cultural collaboration with domestic teams and career development.
- Proactively learn and innovate, drive strategic and operational improvements, and provide decision support for global supply chain goals.
Requirements
- Must have legal work authorization in the U.S.; the company can provide H1B visa support and green card sponsorship for qualified candidates.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in logistics, supply chain, warehouse management, or related fields.
- 2–3+ years of management experience in large U.S.-based warehouses (500,000+ square feet); familiarity with B2C order fulfillment and Amazon FBA operations; experience with Amazon VC DF/PO preferred.
- Solid hands-on experience in receiving, picking, packing, proficient in racking systems and PDA operations; experience building warehouses from the ground up preferred.
- Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and results-driven, able to perform efficiently in fast-paced environments.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, able to propose optimizations and improvements based on KPIs.
- Strategic vision with execution capability, able to contribute to warehouse strategic planning and long-term operational optimization.
