The role The positions available will suit an appropriately qualified and highly accomplished, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, Paediatric Dentist, an Endodontist who can demonstrate a successful track record and respect from their referral network. What you need to succeed • The ideal candidate will have either worked or aspire to work in a multidisciplinary environment with an ability to inspire others within the dental profession to advance their specialist skills and knowledge. An interest in scientific and clinical research would also be highly regarded. Amongst the higher-level interpersonal skills sought are diplomacy, credibility, authenticity, proactivity and a drive for excellence. • Ability to obtain an AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) registration as well as other compliance documents. Harley Dental will support the successful candidate throughout this process. Your key responsibilities • Manage patients within your area of specialty and undertake procedures within your scope. • Work inter-collaboratively with the Harley Dental onsite hub of clinicians, in addition to direct referral pathways to an internal network of over 12 group owned clinics and likewise work collaboratively with external referrers. • Depending on your area of specialty and experience, the opportunity to lead your sub-speciality unit. • Participate in peer review of more complex cases. The position • Supported by an established extensive external referrer network to Harley Dental, ensuring positive patient flow from commencement. • Opportunity to work with students such as postgraduates, dentists, dental auxiliaries, or undergraduates as directed and where appropriate.
