Planning Engineer (Turkish Speaking)

We are currently looking for a Planning Engineer to join our London office and support the delivery of our domestic and international high-end fit-out projects. This role will be responsible for managing all planning, monitoring, and reporting processes, working closely with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and in line with program requirements. We are particularly interested in candidates who have: 🔹 Minimum 10 years of experience in planning and site coordination of high-end fit-out projects (hospitality experience is a strong advantage)🔹 Advanced knowledge of planning tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or Asta Powerproject🔹 Strong understanding of resource-loaded programs, critical path analysis, and baseline management🔹 Experience in delay analysis, reporting, and coordination with cost control and commercial teams🔹 Fluent English and Turkish for technical reporting and communication in international environments🔹 Flexibility to travel and be involved in site activities when required In this position, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining project programs, integrating design and procurement schedules, monitoring site progress, and providing accurate reporting to both internal stakeholders and clients. This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing team delivering prestigious projects across different regions.
