About the Role Are you a passionate chef with a talent for blending classic cafe favorites with Japanese flavors? We are expanding our team in Chippendale and looking for talented Cafe Chefs to join us in both Full-Time and Part-Time capacities. You will have the opportunity to work with premium Japanese ingredients in a fast-paced, creative, and supportive kitchen environment. What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a chef in a busy cafe environment.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of, and hands-on experience with, Japanese ingredients and flavor profiles.
• Speed & Precision: Ability to handle a fast-paced breakfast/lunch rush while maintaining high food quality and presentation.
• Team Player: Great communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
