Hiring: Senior Gen AI Technical Lead- GenAI Lead📍 Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite Only)💼 Employment Type: Contract (C2C – H1B candidates welcome)🔍 About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior GenAI Lead to build and scale cutting-edge enterprise AI applications. In this role, you will design and implement intelligent systems powered by LLMs, including multi-agent workflows, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and advanced decision-making pipelines.This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about pushing the boundaries of Generative AI and delivering production-grade solutions.🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop multi-step, multi-agent AI workflows
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines and document retrieval strategies
• Create prompt templates, system instructions, and guardrails
• Integrate AI agents with tools, APIs, and enterprise systems
• Improve system performance by optimizing latency, accuracy, and token usage
• Develop automated evaluation frameworks and regression testing pipelines for LLMs

💡 Required Skills & Experience

• ✅ 7–9 years of experience in software development / AI engineering
• ✅ Strong proficiency in Python
• ✅ Hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, and prompt engineering
• ✅ Solid understanding of hallucination mitigation strategies
• ✅ Experience with cloud AI platforms (Vertex AI, Bedrock, etc.)

• Languages: Python
• Frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, DSPy
• LLM APIs: Gemini, Claude, Bedrock, Vertex AI
• Vector Databases: Pinecone, Weaviate (or similar)
• Evaluation Tools: LangSmith, custom evaluation pipelines

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
