Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a DHI Hair Transplant Technician at our Annapolis, MD location. The DHI Hair Transplant Technician will perform Direct Hair Implantation (DHI) procedures, including follicular unit extraction and implantation. Responsibilities include preparing patients for procedures, assisting the medical team, maintaining sterile environments, and providing guidance on post-procedure care. The technician will also support patient consultations, monitor outcomes, and maintain detailed records of procedures.

- Knowledge of sterilization techniques, medical equipment operation, and adherence to hygiene standards
- Excellent hand-eye coordination, precision in handling instruments, and a detail-oriented approach
- Effective communication skills to provide patient guidance and maintain accurate procedure documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively within a medical team and ensure high-quality patient care
- Experience in dermatology, cosmetology, or related healthcare fields is a plus
- Certification or training in hair transplant techniques is highly preferred
