UK Visa sponsorship if required Your Role & Responsibilities:· Provide a safe, efficient, and high-quality dispensing service to all patients in line with pharmacy regulations.· Offer expert medication counselling, answering patient queries, and ensuring proper use of prescriptions.· Deliver clinical services, including weight loss, vaccinations, health screenings, and medication reviews.· Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper stock control and storage of medications.· Engage with customers to build long-term relationships and encourage loyalty.· Actively participate in health promotion initiatives and public health programs.· Oversee dispensary operations, including supervising and mentoring pharmacy staff.· Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and professional guidelines. What We’re Looking For:· Registered Pharmacist with GPhC.· Minimum of 1 to 3 years post registration experience· Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to patient safety.· Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional approach.· Ability to work independently while leading and supporting a team.· Good time management and problem-solving skills.· A proactive and customer-focused approach to pharmacy services.
