• Develop and implement educational programmes that align with organisational goals and objectives.

• Collaborate with educators to assess the effectiveness of current teaching practices and make necessary improvements.
• Utilise Adobe Captivate to create engaging e-learning content and instructional materials.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of educational initiatives, providing feedback and support where necessary.
• Facilitate communication between staff, students, and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in education technology and pedagogy to continually improve programme offerings.

Experience

• Proven experience in an educational management role or similar position.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
• Demonstrated teaching experience is highly desirable, showcasing a solid understanding of educational practices.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and effectively.
