Full or Part TimeEstablished independent mixed NHS and private dental practice in Chandlers Ford, Hampshire seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our long-standing team.This role would suit a confident NHS performer seeking stable income, a manageable UDA allocation and structured support to grow private income within a well-organised practice. The Opportunity

• 6,000 UDAs available (manageable, well-supported allocation)
• Competitive UDA rate from £12 with achievable targets
• Realistic OTE £120,000–£150,000+
• Full diary from day one
• Established patient list
• No new adult NHS patients
• 50% private income
• 50% lab fees

Full or part time available (up to 5 days per week)
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm

• Dedicated nurse per surgery
• Experienced Head Nurse on site
• On-site Practice Manager
• Off-site Business Manager
• Principal Dentist is an experienced Implant Dentist and mentor
• CBCT scanner and intraoral scanner
• Modern, air-conditioned surgeries
