Fleet Coordinator - Job Description Primary Role:A Fleet Coordinator manages the company’s fleet of vehicles to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-efficient operations. They coordinate vehicle usage, maintenance, compliance, and driver schedules. Key Responsibilities:Schedule and allocate vehicles to meet delivery and operational needs.Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and arrange repairs when necessary.Ensure all vehicles comply with safety regulations and legal requirements.Track fleet performance metrics (fuel usage, efficiency, breakdowns).Liaise with drivers and operations teams to optimize routes and vehicle usage.Maintain records of fleet operations, including maintenance logs, registration, and insurance.Assist in budgeting and cost control for fleet operations. Skills & Qualifications:Experience in fleet management, logistics, or transport coordination.Strong organizational and planning skills.Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and regulatory compliance.Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office.Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Pay: From $5,000.00 per monthBenefits:
