About UsESAR SOLUTIONS LTD is a telecommunications company situated in Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham. We have been established since 2012 and are pioneers in procuring original spare parts. We also provide consumers and business with electronic repairs which range from Level 1 to Level 3 board/IC repairs.As the business continues to expand its supplier network, product range and international trading activity, we are looking to recruit a Business Research Analyst to support our commercial decision-making, market research and growth strategy. Role OverviewThe Business Research Analyst will be responsible for carrying out structured research into market trends, supplier opportunities, product demand, competitor activity, pricing, supply chain risks and international business opportunities. The role will support senior management with accurate research, reporting and commercial analysis to help the business make informed decisions on procurement, wholesale strategy and market expansion.Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research into UK and international electronics markets, including mobile phones parts, accessories and related technology products.
• Analyse market trends, customer demand, competitor pricing and supplier availability.
• Research and assess new suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and trading partners.
• Support supplier due diligence by reviewing company information, trading history, product availability, pricing and commercial risk.
• Prepare reports and summaries for management on market conditions, sourcing opportunities and product performance.
• Monitor import/export opportunities, supply chain issues and changes affecting product availability or costs.
• Analyse sales, purchasing and pricing data to identify commercial opportunities and risks.
• Support the development of business strategies for wholesale growth, product sourcing and international trade.
• Maintain records of research findings, supplier comparisons and commercial recommendations.
• Work with management, purchasing and operations teams to support informed business planning.

Recommended Skills and Experience

• Experience in business research, market analysis, commercial analysis, procurement support or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Good understanding of business, wholesale, supply chain or international trade environments.
• Ability to research markets, suppliers and competitors using reliable sources.
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word and other online research tools.
• Ability to prepare clear reports and present findings to management.
• Knowledge of electronics, mobile phones, technology parts, products and wholesale distribution would be an advantage.

QualificationsA degree or equivalent qualification in Business, International Business, Management, Economics, Marketing, Data Analysis or a related field is desirable, but relevant professional experience will also be considered. What We Offer
