VTCT aesthetics practitioner

TCT Aesthetics Practitioner & EducatorWe are seeking a passionate and professional VTCT Aesthetics Practitioner & Educator to join our growing team at LV College.This is a blended role combining hands-on aesthetics treatments with teaching, mentoring, and practical training delivery for students working towards VTCT qualifications. The ideal candidate will be confident both in the treatment room and in a classroom or training environment, with a genuine passion for helping others succeed within the aesthetics industry.The position is paid and offers excellent opportunities for long-term progression within a fast-growing education and aesthetics environment.Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of professional aesthetic and beauty treatments to a high standard
• Teach and support students undertaking VTCT-accredited aesthetics and SPMU qualifications
• Assist students during practical sessions, live model work, and assessments
• Provide demonstrations of treatments, techniques, hygiene protocols, and client care procedures
• Support students with practical development, confidence building, and treatment accuracy
• Carry out client consultations and create personalised treatment plans
• Maintain exceptional hygiene, health & safety, and infection control standards at all times
• Ensure all treatment rooms, equipment, and classroom environments remain clean, organised, and fully prepared
• Assist with coursework guidance, portfolio completion, and assessment preparation
• Keep accurate client and student records where required
• Stay updated on current industry trends, techniques, products, and VTCT standards
• Create a welcoming, supportive, and professional learning environment for students and clients alike

Desired Skills & Experience

• VTCT qualification in Aesthetics, Micropigmentation, Microblading, Beauty Therapy, or related field
• Teaching or training experience within the beauty/aesthetics industry is highly desirable
• Strong practical experience in aesthetics and advanced beauty treatments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident demonstrating treatments and explaining techniques clearly
• Professional, organised, and highly detail-oriented
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with both clients and students
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passionate about education, mentoring, and developing future practitioners
• Commitment to maintaining high industry and hygiene standards

About LV CollegeLV College specialises in VTCT-accredited aesthetics and semi-permanent makeup training, including courses in Microblading, Micropigmentation, Scalp Micropigmentation, and advanced beauty therapies. Courses include practical model work, theory sessions, and structured home study elements.Pay: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per yearBenefits:
