- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian and vegan dishes to our high standards
- Ensure all food is presented attractively and to our menu specifications
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Assist with menu planning and development of new dishes
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to provide an exceptional customer experience
What we're looking for
- Relevant qualifications in commercial cookery or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a Chef in a similar restaurant environment
- Excellent knowledge of Indian and vegan cuisine and ingredients
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for creating high-quality, flavourful dishes
