Restaurant Manager Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Floor Manager to oversee daily front-of-house operations and ensure an excellent dining experience for all guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the service team, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen and front-of-house operations.We are able to provide UK work visa sponsorship for the right candidate.Duties

- Supervise and coordinate all front-of-house (FOH) operations during service
- Lead, train, and support waiting staff to deliver high-quality customer service
- Ensure smooth communication between kitchen and floor staff
- Manage guest reservations, seating, and table flow to maximise efficiency
- Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service quality
- Monitor stock levels of front-of-house items and report shortages
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Support opening and closing procedures of the restaurant
- Assist in staff scheduling and shift planning where required
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant supervisory or floor manager role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of restaurant operations and service standards
- Knowledge of health & safety and food hygiene regulations
- Flexible and reliable with strong attention to detail
